Why We Use AI-Generated Images on this website

Many of the promotional images used throughout this website have been created using AI. We have chosen to do this out of respect for the performers we have worked with over the years.

Whilst Dusk Films maintains all legally required 2257 compliance records and model releases for every production we create and distribute, those releases are signed on a per-shoot basis. They grant permission for us to produce, distribute and sell the content created during that specific production, but they do not automatically give us the right to use a performer's image to promote Dusk Films as a content creation studio years later.

Rather than assume a former performer would be comfortable appearing in new advertising or marketing material, we have chosen to use AI-generated imagery across this website. This allows us to promote our services while respecting the privacy, wishes and professional boundaries of everyone we have worked with.
